Recently, our team had the honor of participating in a placement drive and job fair organized at Hindustan College of Arts and Science. The event was a remarkable convergence of aspiring students, skilled professionals, and dedicated employers committed to building a stronger workforce.

Our presence at the job fair was more than just a recruitment initiative — it was a celebration of equal opportunity, empowerment, and career readiness. Through one-on-one interactions, career guidance sessions, and real-time assessments, we were able to connect with numerous talented individuals ready to take their next professional step.

WASA is particularly proud of its inclusive approach to employment. We are deeply committed to creating an environment where people with disabilities and physical challenges are given equal chances to thrive. One standout moment from the drive was our interaction with a passionate and driven candidate who uses a wheelchair.
